Compact instrument with computer and particle dispersion device integrated. The sample is dispersed on a round glass plate and analysed directly after dispersion. 500nano offers two scan modes:
• glass plate diameter analysis, border to border, with continuous autofocusing control, fast and precise analysis
• Point to point mapping, user can set a defined number of images on the glass plate according to the selected lens magnification
500nano also includes automatic calibration procedure, with integrated calibration slide, autofocus, and telecentric zoom lens with five magnification positions.
High resolution ‘HR’
Image resolution is one of the key aspects of image analysis based instruments. The 500 Nano comes equiped with an ultra high resolution sensor. This sensor offers you sharper imaging with only minor optical calibration.
With Occhio 500nano you can measure:
- Particle size
- Particle shape
- Particle transparency
Data and images of every single particle are stored in an Occhio binary database. The instrument is driven by Callisto software, which controls the entire analysis: ‘SOP’, statistic, reporting and data storages.
